I VERY rarely write reviews BUT
I VERY rarely write reviews but these guys are amazing I have used Namesco for 9 years now I have never had an outage but if I need help with something you can actually call and they pick up the phone Amazing I know Or if I create a ticket they respond with 1-2 hours max follow up with a call too none of those annoying bots that try to send you to help articles and avoid giving you a contact method to speak to a humanetc I just had an issue Not with Namesco but the website provider it was pointing too Regardless Namesco helped me through it despite it not being their resposibility all the support team are very technically knowledgable and based in the UK too They will do anything to help and are available FAST I just dealt with Warren and as expected he was as helpful as every other engineer I have spoken to over the past 9 years

Names co uk - Quality Support After Implementation
I ve been using Names co uk and its predecessor companies for nearly 25 years There are always bumps on any journey but I have generally found them to be very good I have rarely had cause to use the support functions but when I have found Names co uk s downstream support to be very good Response times are well within KPIs and every effort is made to help even the smallest and least significant customer to solve any issues that they may have I pay them to hold my domains and generally take few further services from them I am hardly a high value customer but I get generally treated with respect and get an excellent timely response As any company providing a deep technical offer it s hard for the customer to have a clear understanding of what is going on in the back office I have never been anything other than satisfied
