Horrible Customer service
Nonomid app updated itself now the favorite tab is gone I have been trying to contact Nanomid support thru facebook and linkedin no answer and there is no phone number or e-mail to contact the Horrible at least fix your app that we paid for to show the favorites right now it take us hours to find the channel we want to watch

Worst customer support After purchasing the license the player is not working And tickets raised and getting closed without resolving the issues Seems like a scam as money is also not refunded

LG Android Update Broken
As of the last update Oct 2024 if it could go wrong it did The player is mostly unusable Favourites moved and not working movies list not loading series not opening if they were already on your old favourites list Nanomid closing tickets without comment or resolution

Avoid Nanomid
Nanomid was absolutely fine when I first got it Now it s worse than useless No phone or email support Pay for a lifetime subscription and then it doesn t work Constantly gets you to login and changes all the time I literally have been waiting for nearly 10 minutes to get off the front screen Going to delete the app now Do not pay for this unless you want it to frustrate the hell out of you Definitely would not recommend

I don t think giving 1 star is also a waste for Nanomid app It s a torture watching live as it freezes very frequently and Catch up is another bad service It s totally a waste I don t recommend it to anyone
