Never received my purchase and they don t care Don t buy

Back in October I bought a nanopalette as a gift for my wife and never received the product While tracking it says it was returned to the sender back in China After contacting them and getting no response I tried again and they finally answered saying that my address was wrong and they were not responsible for that I double checked my address and it was 100 correct I asked for a refund or if they could send again the product but they did not reply If the product was returned to the sender they still have the product and they could just try to send again maybe with another shipping company but they just ignored To me this is almost a scam and my advice is don t buy They lured me with free shipping and that s what happened

Report the site and Instagram its a scam

I bought something on the website about 3 months ago and the product never arrived I didn t receive any email at the time of purchase and they don t respond to my messages either via email or on Instagram For anyone who comes across those report it it s a scam

I ordered two items but only received one the cheaper one I ve sent them numerous emails but never received a response Do not buy from them it s obviously a scam
