1 The quality of the clothes is very poor There is unknown paint on the white clothes and they cannot be cleaned with bleach 2 The company made a human error and sent me the wrong color of clothes The price of the clothes exceeded 8 000 yen but they will only give you a 1 000 yen coupon and tell you to continue buying other garbage

SCAM WEBSITEI bought two pairs of shoes and they promised I can return them First they lied about the material on the shoes they said it was leather when it was not And then they want me to pay postage to Japan Absolutely horrible customer service and I would really stay away from this website

Major incorrect information

I ordered a bag with a description of being soft leather It s not leather but hard canvas So angry and now their response is that the bag is not faulty even though they blatantly lied on the description Awful - do not purchase from this company

Avoid purchasing from this e-shop

I ve ordered 5 items from Nanostudio A trench coat which turned out fine Two shirts of which the fabric turned out to be of very poor quality A sweater that I got in the wrong color And a pair of boots that was sent to me in a half of a size too big Obviously I wasn t happy with my order and wished to return it to get a refund but Nanostudio refuses to provide any shipping label to return your order So you are left to your own devices when it comes to returning your order to Japan which is extremely costly and complicated customs etc In conclusion Avoid purchasing from this e-shop

SCAMMY COMPANY

My order made it to the United States after 3 weeks now it hasn t moved from a warehouse in 18 days No updates I contacted Nano studio and was told in a very broken English email that they have no way of contacting the shipping company I was told I had to contact them The shipping company is Piggy ship which appears to be Korean and they send the same broken English emails I contacted nano ship again and was once again told they have no way to contact the shipping company and that if I don t cooperate my order will be destroyed If they can t contact them how do they know my order will be destroyed This company is so sketchy

Terrible experience with this brand

Terrible experience with this brand I ordered about 80 dollars worth of clothes from them after waiting for months it turned out that they did sent the shipment but it never arrived and got send back to their warehouse they confirmed the package was returned unopened and unused I requested a refund at this point and they REFUSED to refund me even though they state they accept returns on their website Their customer support told me they would resend the package even though i asked them not to which also never arrived and once again got sent back to their warehouse now their CS is telling me that the package and it s contents will be destroyed

DO NOT PLACE ORDERS

I placed an order 18763 on May 21st out of 2 items I have received to today only 1 piece Despite the contact via email at this date i have still not received the second article nor a refund for which i have asked over 6 weeks ago For me this company is 50 a scam and cannot suggest anyone to place orders It s poor quality anyway and to be avoided
