Positive experience

I had a positive experience with Napapijri Yes it took 11 days to arrive but was well worth the wait I ordered a T-shirt in the sale it was half the price of some other sites plus Free delivery I was kept updated with emails and it arrived well packaged Will be using them again

Bought a couple of t shirts in the sale Good quality and good value Delivered 9 days after ordering and free delivery I m more than happy with this considering they re sent from abroad Thumbs up from me though not sure I d pay full price for the stuff

Really professional service from napapijri

I had a great experience using napapijri UK I ordered 2 jackets then they dropped in price on sale Phoned to see what I could do They answered immediately although abroad was clear and helpful Returned first 2 jackets no problem great return service which is in UK Ordered again at cheaper price Delivery although from abroad was quick enough 7 days Refund process was great with emails etc Really good overall service don t know where all negativity comes from I d buy again from them in a minute

Great returns process

Great customer service Unfortunately the jacket I ordered was too small probably more to do with lockdown weight gain than anything I arranged the return free of charge with courier collection The refund was processed a couple of days later I d definitely order again but a size up next time

Lots of issues but finally sorted by a helpful member of their staff

Delay in delivering which was not helped by the lack of information I was give but the problem I ve now got is returning I need to reset my password to make a return but they have not emailed me the link to be able to do this I ve now contacted customer service and 2 working days later I am still awaiting a reply to my email One of their customers support did sort out the problem promptly but I totally feel for them having to work with a system that is so poor Would definitely think before ordering with them again

I noticed that I only ever use trust pilot when I m not happy with a service So I thought I would post a positive review for a change Excellent company to deal with Their customer service is excellent The person I spoke with was warm helpful and knowledgeable and I actually spoke with a real live person for a change Highly recommend
