DO NOT USE NAPIER PARKING Disgusting behaviour Paid for 2hrs parking with cash and displayed ticket A week later parking fine appears on my doorstep Thankfully I still have the ticket so appealed with this After having physical proof of paying to park they are still insisting I pay 20 within 2 wks or this will then increase again Will never park with NAPIER again and will be spreading the word in the local area to avoid there car parks at all costs

Vile humans - literally the most disgraceful money grubbing scum around We paid for 4 hours parking in good faith and over ran our night out by 25mins The walk to the car park was half hour so an hour round trip wasn t an option on a night out We hoped we d be ok Sadly their ANPR means that they charge you 60 for the additional 40mins used on a Saturday night at 11pm I d have happily extended the parking had it been feasible Disgusting outfit run by absolute creatures that exist to monetise from people overstaying marginally 4 hours parking was about 3 The extra 40mins overrun is 60 Hardly proportional to their business loss

Expensive car park bad service

I parked in one of their car parks the machine was not working and with a poor signal i could not download the app I went to where i was working A bank and out of hours Downloaded the app went back and paid i got a PCN because i was too long before paying They have not accepted my appeal and have put up the charge and an admin fee which apparently contravenes a 2012 act Obviously i am appealing but this is like knocking your head against a brick wallI also have to question a parking company that offers insurance while parking Is this some sort of protection racket

Avoid Scam alert Paid parking and have proof from bank I was still declined appeal Rang to speak with someone after I told her not to patronise me she put the phone down She tried telling me she was giving me the benefit of the doubt by giving me a reduced fine Will not be paying any fine when I have proof I paid for parking and still had roughy 45 minutes left to park Absolutely scam

Why does English Heritage out source car parking e g at Burgh Castle to Napier Car Parking This company is a disgrace They use every opportunity to extract money from car park users for minor infringements of their draconian small print rules and refuse to accept explanatory evidence They are bullies Avoid at all costs

This company are AWFUL when the machines don t work which is frequent the telephone number does not recognise the destination code and the app is out of action they send you fines even though you exited the car park to find somewhere else and all this takes longer than the five minute window they give you to pay st Neots do not park on any of their car parks

Avoid this parking Exceeded a few minutes of the grace period due to an extraordinary circunstance related to health A company that hides behind legal policies and fails morally by profiting from unfortunate situations You ll get your 60 pounds at the cost of a local customer so will lose financially in the long term I hope customers eventually can see the type of business values and ethics you have

Vile company Paid for my parking with cash Put in registration details No ticket issued Thought I d be safe as I d put in my registration and the machine took my money and didn t give change Received a fine Made appeal and have been told that there is no record of my registration Asked them to check CCTV of me going to the machine Appeal declined Of course I have no proof - I paid cash and had no ticket I guess that s what companies like this rely on Immoral predators I suspect I m not the only one
