Customer Service Perfect
A technician Adem came to service my BSH washing machine as it was not washing and rinsing out all the detergent during my wash cycle He tested my machine he cleaned out all the detergent residue he explained to me that I was using to much concentrated detergent and this was causing the issue Adem explained to me how much detergent I should use and showed me the correct settings to use on my machine He made sure I understood everything before he left Great service Keep up the good work Nationwide Adem

The experience with Nationwide Appliance Repairs was smooth sailing from start to finish Communication was of gold standard which is rare in these times - I was kept up to date on waiting parts Conveyed arrival times were as promised with both assessment and follow up works Dinesh who repaired our refrigerator was the best Nothing was too much trouble and his work was exceptional Highly recommend Sonia Somerville Victoria I highly recommend

I found your company on the internet and chose it because it seemed to cover what I needed Booking was straightforward and the technician kept the appointed day - phoning before arrival as arranged He presented well and went to work promptly and efficiently He was confident and calm and obviously experienced in his work The job was finished to the point which was needed and everything returned to place and cleared away The technician was friendly polite and easy to speak with

Broke my grill door and still waiting
Please do not engage NARS to fix your appliances My story should be a warning to other clients We engaged NARS to fix the grill on our Euromaid stove as part of a large job to repair multiple ovens in an inner city housing cooperative We found problems with NARS including poor communication unreliable technicians and upfront payment for a service call that destroyed my grill door Poor communication Prior to our stove being serviced the technician cancelled twice at the last minute because he had a bad back meaning we rearranged our lives to accommodate them Unreliable technicians Our maintenance person who liaised with NARS must ring a 1300 number and wait on hold often for a long period of time to speak to someone We were allocated a vague appointment time i e sometime between 10 00 am until 3 00 pm on a particular date In March 2024 I waited at home for five hours for the technician and found out in late afternoon they were not going to show Upfront payment for shonky work The company requires upfront payment which means you are beholden to them The initial call out in September 2023 ascertained the various repair jobs for a number of stoves so we expected a delay in servicing our broken grill In late December 2023 a technician came to our house to fix the Euromaid grill The bloke took the machine apart bit-by-bit for hours on end complaining how hard it was to repair these machines When I turned my back I heard a smashing sound and a loud cry To my horror the technician had smashed the glass grill door which lay in pieces on the kitchen floor He had a meltdown in my kitchen telling me he could not fix the grill and had to get a senior technician to compete the job My oven is now unusable In March 2024 I was given an appointment with Ben the senior technician who did not show up after I waited at home for five hours All of this took place when I was going through cancer treatment I had to rearrange appointments around cancelled technician visits Update 1st September 2024 Our maintenance person and management body have given us permission to cut our losses and purchase a new oven We ll be out of pocket for services paid to this company and the new oven This review will not be removed

I had a terrible experience with NWAR
I had a terrible experience with NWAR After paying 258 for an initial repair on my fridge freezer the issue persisted Multiple visits from their engineers did not resolve the problem and they quoted 298 for a part that the manufacturer sells for 59 They refuse to disclose their suppliers raising serious transparency concerns Despite my repeated requests they delayed resolving the issue and failed to communicate properly According to Australian Consumer Law their service lacks due care and skill and their pricing is unreasonable Save yourself the hassle and avoid NWAR at all costs They are untrustworthy and unprofessional

Shocking unethical
200 for a technician to spend 10 minutes looking at the appliance literally just to look - no tools won t move the appliance at all nothing Then they ll say they ll send you a quote to diagnose your appliance at their non existent workshop If you write a bad review they will refuse to refund you Coercive tactics

DO NOT USE SHONKY UNETHICAL
Took several weeks to be able to get a booking as apparently their one and only technician for the Brisbane area was on holidays red flag Cost a 198 callout fee for which the office had called the day prior to the booking asking for it to be paid in cash to the repairman upon his arrival another red flag The next day he arrived in a Subaru Forrester thus did not have parts or equipment to repair on the spot for what I had essentially self-diagnosed prior to his attendance replacement valve needed He did not have the necessary part on him and would thus require re-attendance to fit it in a couple of weeks The office then proceeded to quote an exorbitant repair fee 850 and generously quoted on a new replacement machine for installed and delivered for 950 Upon a bit of basic research the replacement machine could be bought elsewhere for 400 cheaper than quoted Needless to say I didn t opt for their replacement or repair and bought a bigger and better machine elsewhere for cheaper After leaving a negative review elsewhere I was contacted by a Manager Ron from Nationwide Appliance Repairs who offered to provide me with a refund in order to smooth over the experience and make the customer happy I was then provided with a refund form that I had to sign and agree to not post any negative reviews and to delete my current one in order to obtain said refund as apparently that s what their refund policy says It sounds to me more like a bribe policy Needless to say I refused to delete anything as I stand by my previous comments that this is a dodgy and unethical company and this apparent refund policy attempt to buy me off only further highlights this I wonder how many other negative reviews have been deleted in such a fashion Ron also told me that the reason that the technician didn t fix it on the spot was that I didn t ask him to bring the parts What a ludicrous excuse He arrived with some basic tools and phone yet I didn t ask him to bring them either Check out Google Reviews for similar experiences from other dissatisfied customers TLDR Unethical company that should never be used

This place is a absolute Scam
This place is a absolute Scam Could write an essay but ill save it They are dishonest have no customer service skills and should be shut down All the fake 5 star reviews drown out all the actual reviews WIll be taking them to VCAT as Im still yet to recieve a refund Tried to charge me 2k plus for a job i ended up getting a local to do for 700 Told me the units needed to be picked up and taken off site for 2 weeks and needed all these extra parts i didnt actually need im now 1200 out of pocket for absolutly no service or parts
