SCAM ALERT BUYER BEWARE Wow I can t believe we fell for this We are moving from PA to TN and hired this company to relocate us On our first call we were told by the rep that we would be picked up on 12-6 or 12-7 and it would take 2 days to have our belongings moved into our new residence in TN I asked her why it would take them 2 days to make a 10 hour trip and she explained that with weigh stations breaks and trucking regulations they would need the two days It is now 12 6 and we are being told that they will pick us up on 12 7 and that it could take up to 3 WEEKS for our belongings to make it to our new residence After explaining that we were told it will take two days they told us that we had 3 days to cancel the contract and that we will not be getting any sort of refund Absolute scam Absolute scum DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JOKE

This company doesn t even deserve 1 star PLEASE PLEASE do NOT use this company They are scammers and give you a great quote and a bunch of discounts upon the initial phone set up but it goes downhill from there We originally quoted about 3800 for a move from California to Houston After pick and delivery they wanted to charge almost 9 000 And told us that if we didn t pay they would keep our items and deposit Horrible customer service and company I spoke with a lady named Ciara and was on the phone with her over 2 hours measuring my items and sending pictures so they would give me an accurate quote There were no additional items and we actually took some items off the original quote and the price was still doubled plus Please run away from this company They also told us it would be a week for delivery and it ended up being almost 30 days Just awful

BAD BUSINESS ALERT

Do NOT under any circumstances do any business at all with this company This is a scam entity they are there to swindle you out of a 600 deposit book a move although they are not movers at all They do represent themselves this way initially and then increase the initial quote as well as tell you they can t refund your deposit when they are uncovered for the SCAM fraudulent company they are Thankfully through some deeper digging it was uncovered before they were allowed any sort of possession of my things The ruse starts from the beginning my experience was with Tiffany You will later speak with likes of Cameron Kaden Garrett and lastly Ciera as the fraud escalates Anyone you speak with at this company has a defensive aggressive and condescending tone as soon as they know the ruse is up They bait and switch and tell you that you are adding things to your quote even though you have not in fact added any inventory at all Additionally the most egregious part of this entire thing is that they have no way of telling you how your things will be safeguarded Save yourself the time headache of dealing with these folks and keep you and your things far away from this company

BE AWARE OF THEIR CARRIERS

I knew that Nationwide Moving is a broker when I signed a contract with them However when I researched the carrier that they assigned to my move I was freaked by the horrible reviews on the BBB that other customers gave I asked Nationwide Moving to assign me a REPUTABLE carrier and the one that they then assigned had even worse reviews The BBB gave them an F rating I was lucky that I canceled my contract within 72 hours of signing it so I did get my full deposit back Whew I am writing this because I want to alert potential customers of my experience Nationwide Moving shamed me for asking questions and voicing concerns about my contract matters One guy even told me that I was a really nervous person who needed to take a deep breath and settle down Folks do your homework READ THE CONTRACT Know every single item on your inventory and triple check it READ THE REFUND POLICY and trust your instincts You MUST realize that an 18 wheeler will arrive with your belongings at the destination point and if they can t access the drop off you will be charged A LOT more Yes moving is very stressful but take the time to read your contract carefully Nationwide Moving contract is very explicit BUT they hire horrible carriers to actually do the job

This company is beyond shady

This company is beyond shady The movers were supposed to arrive at 4 pm Wednesday I called the dispatcher to complain He promised they d arrive 10 a m the next morning forcing me to reschedule my flight out of town The movers showed up 3 hrs late on Thursday 1 pm When the movers arrived they smelled like marijuana Despite the dispatcher assuring me they would remove and pack my television wall mounts the movers refused to remove the television mounts I called the dispatcher several times during the move to complain about the movers working slowly and their lack of professionalism The dispatcher promised to send 2 additional movers to expedite the move so I wouldn t miss my already rescheduled flight Only 1 additional mover arrived over an hour later and despite starting at 1 pm having to only disassemble two Ikea style beds and move 10-12 packed boxes They were still moving 6 hrs later After they drove away I didn t hear from the movers until I called 5 days later to ask where my household goods were only to be told they were in their warehouse in Miami and I now owe almost twice the initial cost They have been dishonest since they showed up to my house and now they are holding my home goods hostage and demanding more money DON T NOT USE THS MOVING COMPANY

There is a special place in hell for these guys and all their shady vendors One of the most awful experience of my life Run don t even stop Awful dealers who take no responsibility for their third party vendors Awful just awful Don t be fooled by their fake estimate They mean nothing They get you in just for the vendor to show up and double the cost The vendor stole doubled the price and broke my belongings and I have no recourse

We used this company to move my father

We used this company to move my father in law from assisted living in Fl to PA Our experience to date has been horrific The company that picked up the belongings was extremely unprofessional significantly increased our estimate screamed at us and threatened to leave and not take the merchandise A month later my father in law is in assisted living without any of his belongings with the exception of the suitcase he took on the airplane We have called multiple times and no one can confirm when the truck will be delivered I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere as this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced

They deserve 0 stars They just outsource the moving to a third party They give you a date and then don t show up on time If there is a single additional item or they have to walk 10 further than they expect they up charge about 50 more than the original quote I was absolutely shocked at the B S they know they have you if you are stuck and need your items moved and you are on a schedule It is very difficult to change movers at the last minute They ought to be run out of business There is no excuse other than pure greed and dishonesty for their business style

THE ABSOLUTE WORST company I have every been a customer of sadly Leo Todd Veronica and Chris in the customer service department run a crooked operation full of lies and deceit My experience recommends you STEER CLEAR of this debacle of a company It is a scam of a different nature Their original quote is a giant lure When the truck they send is magically too small they re only remedy is to have you pay for another truck Simple fix they say The bigger problem with that is the quote for the second truck is double or triple in our case the original price There isn t a big enough negative number to give this company They don t deserve anywhere close to a 1-star But what do they care They get to steal people s money and get-a-way with it and then move on to their next unsuspecting victim That is the only moving they are good at
