Consistently disappointing
1 I paid and then they want me to pay again due to me paying to the branch in Singapore that was already closed That was on them to update their website info but they didn t And you want your customer to pay twice for your own negligence 2 I had to call the branch in New Zealand to straighten things out and the items I ordered was still not sent out until I kept reminding and asking for tracking number 3 They gave me the tracking number but the items were not sent out for days until I asked for an update 4 The neem shampoo arrived with the seal broken and leaking I am done with this company I thought I would be a loyal customer even promoted their items and thought maybe I would be a distributor But wow The consistent screw ups I ll shop elsewhere
