Suspect its either a fraud or a grossly incompetent start-up I ordered on 4 May and to date nothing received but more marketing emails offering 50 and then 60 off the next purchase I have written 3 times to the company to advise my order has not been delivered- absolutely no resolution except excuses and a promise it is en route - but no tracking number no offer of compensation

I can unfortunately not recommend this
I can unfortunately not recommend this product Seems like I am the only one who is facing this issue but my laundry does not become clean by using this detergent I did select a proper washing program Additionally this time the detergent stuck to two of the clothes that I washed I deeply hope that it will be removed by washing these clothes again yet as these are some of my favourite ones

Awful delivery service
Awful delivery service I live in Belgium and they are apparently based in France ordered like 2 weeks ago and still haven t received them or any information tracking number I will never buy anything from them

Didn t receive my second order
I received the first pack really quick and now I have a monthly subscription I didn t receive my second order I tried to contact them for the last 2 weeks by their website email WhatsApp and Instagram but I didn t get any reply It is a shame as I like the concept but will have to cancel my subscription
