This company is a scam arnaque DO NOT order from them do not send money They pose as a French company but are actually based in China I had to chase them several times to get a response and all occasions over the course of six weeks they kept telling me that they ship 2-10 days after the order I was given a shipping number and when I checked with the transporter it didn t exist LIARS and CHEATS I will be reporting them to the police

Racist Store Clerk in Naturalia
On Nov 10 2024 at around 6 pm Found items in the store at 87 rue de la Verrerie in Paris over-priced and decided to leave On my way out store cashier stopped me and demanded I open my jacket suspecting I stole something I obliged and felt humiliated in front of other customers This is blatant racial profiling and store clerk offered no apologies Very disgusting experience Americans in Paris must be warned not to walk into this store
