Our large and complicated granite installation by Paul and Tom has just been completed They were absolutely brilliant and we could not be more delighted Meticulous attention to detail and great craftsmanship on a couple of unanticipated tweaks where nothing was a problem or too much trouble The granite exceeded our high expectations and is absolutely perfect Very many thanks

Great choice of worktops and very good service
The choice of kitchen worktops was huge and the price was good From ordering to templating and fitting was very quick Everyone I deslt with was very helpful and professional The guys doing the fitting were great

I had a really good experience with Natural Stone Products from order to templating to install even adding last minute changes to the order The product is fab the install team great apart from leaving the door open all the time but obviously that didn t affect the product

Top quality company
Top quality company From start to finish absolutely seamless Worktops for our kitchen ordered through DIY kitchens I rang Natural Stone when I was ready for templating and they arranged to come 2 days later The templater was very thorough and even when we added on a worktop for the utility it wasn t an issue this showed in the end result I was given a fitting date 7 days later The 2 fitters turned up on time were professional and friendly and their work was outstanding The worktops are Quartz and of exceptional quality at an excellent price and perfectly fitted Thank you to all involved

Great company price and team
NSS have been excellent throughout the whole process of my new work surfaces Very efficient with their timings for home visits The two guys who fitted my Quartz were great and very friendly extremely respectful to my home as well Genuinely recommended to anyone in need of worktops

Excellent experience dealing with Natural Stone Surfaces Bought kitchen through DIY Kitchens who use this company for stone worktops Very easy getting templating done and granite worktops fitted The guys fitting also put my range cooker in place which was very helpful Highly recommend

great customer service
I ve dealt with Harriet in bookings Tamsin in accounts and Karl who s been out to me twice now after I failed the first templating appointment due to a lot of daft mistakes on my part The team have been so lovely in explaining things rescheduling for me and just all round being kind and patient They re a fab team thank you
