Extremely unhelpful - even OBSTRUCTIVE - in trying to get my money back on an item which is not fit for purpose AVIOD AVOID AVOID Clearly not seeking Customer loyalty

I wouldn t even give these con artists one star Fake company is POSING as a uk company but is actually operating from China I didn t get what I had tried to order and what I did receive was unfit for purpose cheap and tacky Support staff were politely obstructive and I am out of pocket AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company is not a UK company I ordered an engraving pen paying 19 they sent me a plastic one nothing like what I ordered I asked for a refund they sent me 3 16 The goods came from China although the tracking said it was coming from USA

Avoid

Saw an advert on instagram clicked to look at item decided to order paid through PayPal luckily I used an account with low funds as they took the order amount and them immediately tried to take another 25 which was refused

Well it was through customs lol

Well it was through customs lol in the USA yesterday also arrived yesterday but didn t obviously as according to tracking couldn t find my address this is NOT a UK company and obviously a glorified scam set up DO NOT USE it s probably a China set up the only thing they sent to the UK was a virus

Wish I had done a search on here before I orderd my Bra I usually do My bra came I am a 34F and it was more like a 34A I sent them a picture of my usual bra to show them the difference and they said that according to the code on the packet they had sent the correct one I disputed this and requested a return label and a full refund They offered me 1 and to keep the Bra I refused the offer so they offered me 3 00 I only ordered this as I was under the impression that it was am American Company but the address to return is In response to your concerns our return address is 205 Building A1 Bada Industrial Zone Yongfu Road Fuhai Street Baoan District Shenzhen 518100 as per their e mail I am not very happy about this and wish I could do more to warn others I think they are advertising under several company names I have all the emails and photos if anyone is interested

Poor Non-delivery when they claimed it had already been delivered They did not help but told me to get in touch with the Post Office They sent what I suspect is a false tracking reference that despite having been told that it had been delivered a week before showed that the parcel had come close to me and then taken over 100 miles away to another depot They will not refund DO NOT USE
