Horrible experience

Not sure how this guy gets so much praise I returned a faulty rta for a refund and the vendor acted like a spoilt child sending me snide remarks in other words how dare you return a faulty item He also banned me from purchasing anything else from his store You should be ashamed of yourself Mr Mark Think twice before using this vendor dont believe the hype
