No customer service
I ordered a product I wanted to cancel it I received an automated reply 16 hours later I received an automated email saying my order was complete and could not be cancelled I m not sure what happened during those 16 hours I wrote to the company It s been over a week and I still haven t received a response from their apparently non-existent customer service Canadians don t order from this company It is located in Spain - you will have to pay duty on orders but they do not tell you about this Note that this is a review solely for the Canadian site - I m certain Naturitas elsewhere in the world is fine just not in Canada
