I bought two products from Naturitas They changed me FIVE times for ONE purchase Very hard to find contract information and really bad support Not until I said I will file a complaint at PayPal did they answer Still they claimed not doing anything wrong So I got help from PayPal and after a month got my money back Always use PayPal because they have an endurance Never buy from Naturitas

Rude and snarky customer support Orders almost always arrive late and this time it wasn t delivered directly to my address like I paid extra for They blamed it on me for providing the wrong address even though I can prove it was correct I understand that everyone can make mistakes this 1 star review is mostly based on the way they responded to my email about this
