First thing that s good about this

First thing that s good about this company is they are human at customer services Secondly the food is great looks and smells delicious and my dog loves it No nasties in it just proper ingredients My dog is an OAP but his poop tells the truth

Naturo light

My girls used to eat the grain free Naturo but my youngest got diagnosed with pancreatitis so needed to be put on a low fat diet at first she was on Chappie for a couple of weeks or so as only 3 8 fat I was told she could then go back on her normal food but still needed to be low in fat you can t buy the light in stores only online but they both love the food wouldn t give them anything else it does have a slightly higher fat content than Chappie and the vets are fine with that unless she has a flare up then she may need changed to a different food All is good for now and we will be sticking to Naturo

Actually impressed you can order this directly from them saves me going to a supermarket or to find they don t have enough stock as my dog will only eat this brand I order 2 month s worth of trays and that gets me free delivery My only gripe is the packaging there is a lot of cardboard boxing and cellophane for people like me bulk ordering then the trays itself - unclear if they are for certain recyclable- I d love if they could clarify if they are It s the naturo dog adult wet food with rice variety trays Thanks great service though They even moved the shipping date to a WFH date so I didn t have to worry about the order being left outside Fab

Good kelpie food for sensitive pups

I have two kelpies one who is allergic to random ingredients since getting neutered to the point of losing her hair swollen paws and getting covered in rashes To vomiting and bum curry We are now on the grain and gluten free naturo pet food for 2 months and my girl has stabilized well on it I couldn t be happier with the product

Great first time experience of ordering

Great first time experience of ordering from Naturo online I usually buy in the shops but with it becoming harder to find in my usual supermarket I went online The subscription service will be really helpful in making sure I never run out of my dogs favourite food Delivery was super quick However there was a lot of packaging in the order

I have been using Naturo for quite a few years now and have never had cause for complaint I wanted to write a review based on my delivery I received at Christmas but just got round to it Inside our normal delivery was a cute Christmas toy for our dogs to share plus a packet of Christmas tree shaped biscuits These were added to our order free of charge and this was a lovely touch Thank you

I have moved my four boys 3 Airedales

I have moved my four boys 3 Airedales and an Irish Terrier over to this food just recently and they seem to be enjoying all flavours The two older Airedales are extremely fussy and I have been pleasantly surprised that they are eager to have their dinnner each evening

Clean dish every time

This food was recommended by someone in the Bedlington terrier group I follow on Facebook My dog had been having very runny poops so I decided to give it a try Honestly what a transformation He is waiting as soon as he smells the tray open doesn t have to be encouraged to eat clean dish every time I ordered a selection of food tins in gravy trays and dried The tins and trays arrived within two days still waiting for the dry food we have had a bank holiday weekend So far I think my dog prefers the trays whichever I feed him there s nothing left More importantly his poops are much better I can actually pick them up rather than scoop Definitely going to order more

Great dog food quick delivery

Great company and great food that my dog certainly enjoys and even better now they offer adult dog pouches rather than just ones for mini dogs although would be great if all the same flavours were available as in the tins Handy subscription service which I now use as you do save a bit of money and delivery is always very quick
