Bad tracking Months of wait time

Ordered my bands months ago the support seemed decent but it turned out she gave me 3 different tracking none of which was for my product after months of wait and a dozen emails trying to find out what happened to the product I can say that it does not worth it to purchase from them

Previously ordered the titanium band which despite adding and removing links continued to pop open at the joints Decided to go back to a magnetic band and 22 days after ordering it it was still showing as waiting to be collected by the courier Asked for a refund and I produced a screenshot of the tracking showing that the courier hadn t even collected it from them yet and they still refused a refund claiming it had been delivered Having decided that they are clearly delusional I have claimed the funds back through a dispute with my credit card company I won t be touching them again

worst customer service avoid at all costs do not buy you will be lucky to get your order within a month ships out from chinaand if it takes longer they will not adhere to there 30 day refund policy Bands extremely poor quality must cost them 1 dollar to make in china and you will pay over 30 dollars DO Not BUY liars and scam artists reply is also a lie they did not ship replacement
