I would strongly advise against using Navi Center for any car audio or navigation installation services My experience with them has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing Misleading Recommendations Poor Quality I trusted Navi Center s recommendation to purchase their Android navigation unit instead of opting for a cheaper one from Ali Express based on their assurance that they have trusted suppliers Unfortunately the unit I received has been nothing like advertised Not only does it perform poorly with frequent screen crashes but the installation was a disaster Despite upgrading to the latest iPhone 16 the crashes persist making it clear that the problem isn t with my phone but the unit itself Poor Installation Fitment The installation was far from professional The unit is wobbly and doesn t fit properly with noticeable gaps and poor alignment This is not at all like the clean precise fit seen in the promotional images The installation process was unnecessarily long and I spent an entire day waiting for something that should ve taken just a few hours Nonexistent Post-Sales Service After struggling with the unit s issues I contacted them and provided the screenshots and videos they requested to support my warranty claim However despite weeks of waiting I have received no replies Their customer service is non-existent after the sale It took two weeks to even get them to pick up the phone and that too only when I called from a different number Unclear Costs and Lack of Documentation I was not informed that the installation price didn t include tax leading to an unexpected charge of an additional 40-50 EUR To add to the frustration I never received a receipt or the promised user manual for the unit even after the installation was supposedly complete Airbag Light Issue The airbag light issue was also mishandled The reason the light is on is that Navi Center did not connect the unit s cable to the airbag light so there s nothing for the Honda garage to erase Instead of simply plugging the cable in correctly which is something I would expect them to do during installation I am now left with a warning light that requires the entire unit to be removed and the cable properly connected I requested a return and refund shortly after installation but all I ve received are excuses and zero help The whole experience has been a waste of time money and energy I am extremely dissatisfied and would recommend looking elsewhere for your navigation and installation needs
