No Customer Support And Auto Tranactions To Buying Their Services Without Your Consent
My physical card was blocked due to a failed transaction and they asked me to pay a fee of about 450 PKR I paid but my card was still blocked Then they told Mr to order a new one I paid the card fee about 3 months ago and still did not receive it I created support tickets multiple times but they kept closing tickets without solving the problems When all of this was not enough they kept deducting money on the name of failed online transactions

Fraud in the name of Charges
This company has an apps Named as Nayapay first of all their their service are quite good They is last month my physical debit was blocked due to failed transactions In their app they said pay us some amount and we will unblocked your card and will not remove your card SO i payed the amount Even after paying them the amount to unblocked and not removing it They took the payment and removed my physical card now they demand me extra amount to order new card If you want money just simply ask for it Don t make foolish reasons to theft our money I made contact to customer support but they did not listen me

Worst Customer Care Service Provider
I got the worst experience with Nayapay In the beginning all was going good but suddenly after 3 to 4 months I lost my access to my Nayapay account and was not getting my OTP on trying over and over again But Nayapay s worst service didn t listen It s been more than a month I am complaining on Nayapay helpline s number through their social media accounts too but everytime whenever I ask they say we have forwarded your complaint Wait for an hour or sometime or a week but not giving me any solution What does it mean More than a month is not enough for them to resolve a minor issue My hard earn money is stuck in that account but they do not care their customers and their money
