I was shopping around for rates and I called NBKC bank and most importantly I am so glad that I got Nick Kays on the line From that first call I could immediately tell he had tons of experience he listened to my mortgage needs and offered guidance to make the right decision Nick is amazing extremely knowledgeable and most of all very friendly He was extremely patient answering all my crazy questions He is so fun to work with and has a great sense of humor He is very quick to respond to any question I had and he made the whole process so easy and comfortable and took away all the stress of buying a home Another point to note the NBKC portal for document submission and signing procedures are all super user friendly and modern I am very thankful to Nick for the overall experience and I highly recommend anyone looking for a loan to give Nick and NBKC bank a try Thanks Again Nick

Robyn provided EXCELLENT customer service and gave me the knowledge I didn t know before regarding my first time using the Bill Pay feature in my online account I may a mistake in paying my business invoice and she helped me with future payments I had a problem accessing the Bill Pay Site and she determined that it might be the browser I normally use and waited patiently while I logged onto Google Chrome and everything worked out greatly Thanks again Robyn
