I ordered a refurbished Razer Blade 15 mid 2019 base model I was looking into buying a newer model at first but found the refurb on the NDC website I was quite skeptical at but 650 was too good of a bargain The Laptop arrived the next day and came with original packaging and hardware The laptop itself looks brand new I fired it up and factory reset the PC and it works like a dream Honestly very happy with this purchase and i will definitely be using these guys again Easy 5 stars

Update 27-6-2023 They have sent me a new one and it is in a perfect condition and I really want to thank their support team -----------------------------------------------I have ordered a palm rest for my XPS 13 9380 and the one I have received is a refurbished one with all the holes on it for screws have no threads for those screws to be tightened Terrible experience with them I am amazed that if there was any eye inspection or quality control on the items they send it would be very obvious that all the screw holes have no threads inside them Won t order from them again unless they have fixed this horrible mistake They just wasted my time and money 2 weeks waiting for the order to arrive and the order cost customs
