Ok so I got scammed by this company Not a Toronto-based company it shipped from China The knit sweater I ordered is a picture of a sweater printed on cheap polyester The XXL sizes I chose so they d be baggy barely fit over my head Next time I ll do my research before ordering online

I am very upset like other consumers I assumed this was a Toronto company I waited over 3 weeks for delivery I had to pay shipping which was to be free The item was the holiday sweater which was not a sweater at all It is too small and not satisfactory to me To get a refund I have to mail it back to China The company is a fraud I want to report them to the Better Business Bureau They should not be allowed to do this to consumers

Don t order from this company 1 Even though it is advertised as a Toronto based company goods are shipped from China and take 3 weeks for delivery 2 I bought a heated vest but it did not come with a battery Nowhere in the description is this mentioned Further they do not sell the battery and I could not find a compatible battery they all have DC connectors 3 Even if refunds are accepted you must pay shipping back to Asia This renders the return policy totally useless Even if the product is not as advertised Stick with Amazon as a trusted supplier

What a scam DO NOT order from them This is NOT a knit cardigan it s a REALLY cheap polyester hoodie with PRINTED knit cats on it The print is really ugly some cats even look like rats Also very poorly sewn as bottom doesn t even line up when buttoned in I wish I could upload a picture it s so ridiculous It s going straight to the garbage Took 1 month to receive

I ordered a holiday sweater What I received was a long sleeve t-shirt with the picture of what was supposed to be the sweater It also took an extremely long time to be delivered My order was ready for pick up on Dec 13 and I didn t receive it until Dec 31 -- way longer than I was expecting for a store that I assumed was in Toronto based on its name
