NeatoShop stands out to me because their shirts are really high quality The color of their prints really pops and it seems like it will survive many years of wear and tear Also NeatoShop s customer service is outstanding I misordered and they went out of their way to help me It s a great little organization

My go-to graphic tee company

Ordered from this company three times now and have been happy with the print quality of their shirts as well as their selection of artists When I had an issue with a type of shirt I last ordered customer service promptly resolved the problem and shipped out replacements I recommend their ring spun shirts for the softer feel and you should expect longer shipping times because of COVID

Amazing customer service I got caught up on their huge selection of shirts and I accidentally placed the order without adjusting the size duh Alex was so kind and helpful He was totally understanding and replaced the order no problem The quality of shirt and design were all top notch I will be ordering more for sure

I would highly recommend this shop the costumerservice is great Nice people fast reaction and problemsolving I wish more shops treat their costumers like this The Tees are good quality and many variety in prints The only critic point that I have is they don t have much bagoptions but overall I am satisfied

Great Customer Service

I originally ordered a hoodie as a gift paying the extra fee for wrapping When I received it there was no wrapping or note attached I reached out to NeatoShop Support and Alex was extremely helpful He quickly responded refunded the gift wrap fee credited NeatoBucks to my account and offered a free custom printed t-shirt of my choice The shirt I chose arrived about a week later and while the gift wrap snafu couldn t be corrected I was impressed with how much they did in order to right the wrong Thanks NeatoShop

Shirt were sized differently than expected and my entire order was reprinted for free at a better size Even let me keep the shirts that were too small Alex did a great job working through the issue with me and getting me an awesome product
