Joke of a company that replied to a booking I wanted to use them for Unfortunately we do not take bookings at weekends due to operational needs A taxi firm that doesn t take bookings at weekends when most people need to make bookings is as much use as a chocolate fire guard Get real

Don t bother better taxi companies out there
Booked a cab via their priority line 30 mins later I had a text to say delayed and an hour later a text to say owing to the delay they had cancelled the cab so left me stranded - appalling service

Appalling attitude and service
Appalling attitude and service Despite prepaying an exhorbitant fare for each way to the airport Collection was over half hour late with erroneous texts saying booking was cancelled and or on way The airport pickup two weeks later was not on our system Once someone answered the phone we Waited over an hour for a taxi No apology No credit No integrity Don t waste your money and avoid the stress There are plenty of companies who deliver a customer service

Avoid using
We booked a taxi with need a cab in Plymouth with an hours notice and the booking was confirmed At pick up time I received a text telling me the driver was on his way and giving me the number of the taxi coming Within seconds I received another text telling me the taxi was cancelled due to long waiting times We weren t going far so I presume they had a better offer Would never use again

Terrible company
I wouldn t have given this company 1 star I tried to book a cab with them only to be told my address was not on their list and the very rude man hung up on me I won t be ringing them again Terrible customer service

Yikes
The last time time I booked with needacab no sight of the taxi 10 minutes after arranged time no messages no calls called them to find out what was going on and was told well we don t really do bookings in the morning it s more first come first serve Fairly confident I was talking to the same person who took my booking an hour prior to that but so be it Agreed to send a taxi at that point didn t really sound like they were planning to before which is confusing but I could be wrong but couldn t give me a time It arrived an hour later safe to say I d found another way to my location by then so we all got to waste each other s time I think the taxi companies in Plymouth get away with being bad by all being equally as shocking as each other lol

Terrible service We booked a cab a week in advance confirmed on the day and then were left with no cab and no way of getting home 10pm on Saturday night Will not use Need a Cab again

Absolutely shocking needed to get my little boy to an emergency doctor app at 12 15 in the morning I rang at 11 15 am and was told they would be able to get me their guess what they lie just to make money regardless of the situation they really don t care about us the customer just tell us what we want to hear disgusting

Operator has an attitude
I rang to book a taxi for the next day to go to the airport but the Operators attitude was not acceptable She blamed me for not speaking properly when I used the phonetic alphabet and she still could not understand my postcode Not a great start to our holiday so we hung up and went with Uber
