Do not use I thought this was the DMV site as I followed a link from Google to Pay your registration renewel with DMV I realized when I got the email confirmation that the company was not the DMV and was needtags com I also realized I paid 90 in extra fees when I could have just used the DMV site I called to make sure they were even legit and was hung up on twice and scolded for not paying attention by the very rude customer service agents This is clearly an SEO marketing ploy to trick people into paying more money for a service they can get from the DMV Sure I fell for it I had a long day But no need to be rude It also should be illegal to deny a cancellation 30 seconds after placing the order Hopefully I get my tags We ll see but definitely steer clear of this service

This is a total scam Yes you will get your registration but will pay an extra 70 00 minimum to do so They add service fee shipping fees processing fees etc Save your money and ONLY pay your registration fees on DMV ca gov There is NO REASON to pay more than the registration fee noted on your registration form

They charged me 72 over for service fee I couldn t find my renew her notice so I couldn t remember how much it was So frustrating especially in times like these Never doing this again It s better to go to the grocery store apparently some have a machine you can pay it there

An awful and deceptive site that pays Google to place their ad above legitimate DMV website Then you are hit with 72 in fraudulent fees BUYER BEWARE and do to official DMV website

This place should be illegal When you go to google to search dmv to pay your tags this is the first page that pops up It looks legit like the dmv website If you don t pay attention to the address bar you won t even know it s not the DMV page They charge you an extra 80 fee ontop of your regular fee They are frauds They tried to make 3 different seperate transactions to my credit card Make sure you go to the real DMV page They don t charge you an extra fee Or better yet go to stores that have the DMV Kiosk they only charge like 2- 3 extra to process it you get your tags right there Avoid these frauds

Scammers They may their site official so people accidentally pay for their service when paying your tags is free if you go to the correct site Why do these companies exist if it s not to scam people I contacted the BBB and they refuse to assist because they believe they cannot do anything about the price but they failed to note the complaint about being a FRAUDULENT business Why is the BBB not concerned about these fraudulent companies So are they also protecting fraud They are a total joke
