Very happy with the purchase from Neewer and from their support

I purchased Neewer set of GoPro accessories from Amazon The set arrived promptly but part of the items were not as expected more specifically the 3M adhesive pads were not 3M I called the Neewer support and they provided different options to resolve without any wait or hesitation I was positively surprised I was given more convenient options than just to return for refund The quality of the items in the set is not like original GoPro quality but the quality of Neewer accessories is perfect for the price paid and I would not be concerned for the safety of my GoPro camera The value for money is very good Overall I am very happy with the purchase from Neewer and from their support

Great customer service experience

I had broken lost two small parts on my Neewer tripod I emailed support with a detailed description and photos of missing parts Customer service got back very quickly and agreed to replace the parts I have bought a lot of Neewer products and this was the only issue I had The tripod is over two years old I love it and find I got a lot of value from it I didn t want to replace it as I think a tripod should last longer than that But it does get a lot of use Customer service were polite and quick to respond I m very grateful for this experience I hope all interactions will be as smooth as this I m shocked to see the negative responses here when I ve had such a good experience Perhaps there has been some changes Only downside is that ill be waiting 3-4 weeks for the parts This is somewhat understandable as usually items from China take this long

Fantastic customer service

Due to my own clumsiness I ordered a Speedlight package but chose the Canon package rather than the Nikon package I called up the Neewer UK representative who was incredibly helpful and supportive and has arrange a swap for the item I should have ordered in the first place Fantastic customer service and will definitely be buying more kit from this company Everything I ve ever purchased from the past has been wonderful value and great quality

What an excellent service

I purchased a set of Neewer NW-3000 Closed Studio Headphones December last year and i was amazed at how good they were for such a low price anyway all has been great until i started to get a rattle in one of the phones Contacting Neewer was easy and I really cant praise the customer service more they gave no runaround to avoid my warranty claim but just informed me that new headphones have been sent to me Although at this point I havent got them I do expect them Just remains for me to say You cant get better service than that and this is a company I will be dealing with again in the future

Love their Lighting

I have purchased a variety of products from them from small Lights to desk mounted lights microphones green screens and etc I love them When I have encountered a problem the team at neewer was super helpful

Broke rod in Beauty Dish

One of the rods in my collapsible beauty dish broke and as soon as the comfirmed it was still in warranty Neweer UK Support sent me out a replacemert dish in next to no time 100 satisfied

Absolutely amazing customer service

Absolutely amazing customer service I ordered a pair of Neewer lights from Amazon unfortunately one of the lights was faulty I contacted Neewer directly and told them about it and they advised me to return the light only for replacement When I sent my shipping receipt they offered to reimburse the 11 shipping costs without me even requesting and I am now awaiting my replacement light Brilliant service Thank you so much Neewer

I m writing this review more about the customer service in the UK than about the brand unfortunately as I have spend a large amount with Neewer over the last few years and wanted a compact strobe to complement my large heavy one It turns out they aren t compatible as Neewer don t actually MAKE the heavy strobe but just have their name slapped on the side Anyway I contacted the UK support line and spoke to Kevin based in Wales He really couldn t do enough to help What a really lovely guy Upset that I have to buy other brands rather than stick to what I know but in the process I found that Neewer at least hire nice helpful people
