Neighbors Bank has been the best choice for mortgage company my family and I made Our loan officer Melissa Janke was incredibly diligent and helpful in every step of the way Our loan file had special circumstances but Neighbors Bank remained flexible and helped us meet their conditions and requirements We closed on Friday 7 08 2022 thanks to Melissa and Tessa Henderson Pipe Line Coordinator They both were very interpersonal and worked hard to get us the mortgage Again thank you so much Neighbors Bank and I highly recommend this bank for anyone who is planning on buying a house or refinancing

I was a little nervous going with an online bank at first but after working with some local banks lower Alabama we had some bad experiences Neighbors Bank was OUTSTANDING they worked with we were looking for including sending us a daily update of the mortgage rates along with a break down of the rates with points in yet message I could read and respond to at work They weren t nit picky the corner was cut off in the picture you need to re upload with the paperwork everything was able to be completed there the app or their website And all the documents where reviewed within 24-48 hours 100 this is who I m choosing if we ever do another mortgage and I will refer them to anyone looking 10 10-Jeremiah Barrett

My loan officer Rachael Plaggenberg was AMAZING She was personable delightful to talk to every time intelligent knowledgeable prompt in her responses and invested in me and my new home She made me feel comfortable during my entire process from looking for a home which took quite a while to the day I closed She bent over backward for me to make things work within a short time frame I doubt I d have been able to make it through such a stressful process without someone who cared so much I also had the pleasure of working with Jami Clevenger and Liz Keith together these three ladies made an incredible team and I couldn t have asked for a better crew I wish every company worked as hard as these ladies
