Not accurate with voice AI Definitely not my voice that has been produced and impossible to contact to rectify and aid unfortunately

I registered with neiro ai but only a free account I was then charged for a premium account Despite contacting neiro ai and sharing screenshots of my account status plus the charge taken from my account I did not receive any reply I have had to escalate this charge to the fraud department of my bank Be very careful working with neiro ai

Terrible experience For a month now the platform for creating videos with avatars hasn t been working when I try to create a video the export fails I ve sent 3 emails to customer service and haven t received any response There s no phone number to call I have an annual subscription that I can t use and I ve lost an important client I believe that any online service without a chat or a quick response via email is unthinkable today
