I am a first time customer of Neom - saw it at my dentist s pod and decided to investigate as I love all things aromatherapy Well I wasn t disappointed The products arrived some presents some for me and I have already used the shower get bath foam travel candle and mineral body milk The packaging is beautiful and the products smell divine The bathroom smelt gorgeous after the bath foam - luxury I have switched now from another aromatherapy company as all the products I have tried are gorgeous Also excellent customer service and prompt replies to any queries addictedtoNeom

I had to contact customer services but Abbe who I spoke with sorted everything quickly I ve been a Neom customer for years and overall the customer service is great

Brilliant service

I purchased a product diffuser from neom twenty three months ago I knew that the product was out of warranty But I contacted neom customer support to see if they could help me get the item working They were really helpful with their communications And sent me some videos to try to help Unfortunately we could not get the item to work However Neom were extremely kind and sent me a replacement They didn t have to do that due to the warranty expiring almost a full year before So I was one happy customer Thank you neom - we ll be back
