I am writing to express my frustration regarding the delivery of a parcel that was supposed to arrive on March 27th as per the information provided However to date I have received no updates on the status of the parcel and my attempts to contact your customer service team have been unsuccessful Despite sending an email inquiry I have yet to receive a response and it appears that my efforts to reach out for assistance have been futile This lack of communication and responsiveness is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on your company s service and customer support standards Upon reading reviews from other customers I am further dismayed by the apparent pattern of neglecting customer concerns and only responding to positive feedback This raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of your operations and leaves me questioning whether this is a scam I urge your team to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide me with the necessary information regarding my parcel s whereabouts Additionally I expect a prompt response to my inquiries and a commitment to improving your service and customer communication practices moving forward I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for your company to address these issues and regain trust with your customers J PS I would like to provide a brief update on my experience with this service As of today April 25th I have not received my shipment The shipping details provided by the company using DPD courier do not appear to be valid as there is no record of such a shipment in their system I have informed the German company Neona via email this morning and if the matter remains unresolved I will be reporting it to the Swiss police tomorrow due to concerns regarding potential fraud It s unfortunate that this situation has escalated to this point but I believe it s important to address what appears to be deceptive practices

Worst experience ever- I feel scammed Dont buy Ordered a product it took forever the product was not like what the description online you can not reach them anymore via telephone as they seem to not be able to handle their own operations anymore Sent back the product on time with our own funds since that is their policy - they pretend they have not received the packages Seems all fishy NEVER AGAIN

I have been trying to contact you for weeks Via mail and even instagram I had to cancel the first order because it took 1 month to deliver way too late and it was not indicated when I completed the purchase I made a second order to Spain but it kept resetting the data to Germany so after 3rd try I made a mistake and ordered to the wrong address I asked to cancel the order also without any response I still need to cancel both orders and I don t even know how to contact you anymore

I ordered a dress from this company and I was not happy with the quality of the fabric They give me such a hard time to return it and it is not even worth it I emailed them and they responded four different times trying to get me to keep the product and then when they finally Said I could return it They said I had to pay all the shipping charges

Easy to order and pay but no delivery or response 10 days later
We ordered on 3 November and the website says 1-3 days delivery It s now 13 November and they do not provide any status update nor do they answer emails it feels like a scam Unfortunately I only saw afterwards on their Google reviews that this has happened to many others and often they wait months for their order to arrive despite immediate payment of course and no responses from customer service

Ordered Oct 21 before doing so checked shipping times and it said We ship within 48 hours The delivery in Germany takes place after 4-7 working days No update till i reached out on Instagram and now they are saying that a system error is showing wrong delivery times for my order and it will be delivered in early December Yet their website has the same shipping info
