Disastrous
While the support is quite responsive this store is definitely not Amazon and the Bitaxe Supra is twice the price compared to other places It s very difficult to find in Europe and it feels like NerdMiner is taking advantage of that scarcity This is unfortunate because they should be helping to decentralize the network Update on the 29th of September Disastrous experience with this store I purchased a bitaxe for 300 euros that turned out to be defective right from the first use After contacting customer service several times I sent the device back for repair or replacement Since then absolute silence Despite my repeated follow-ups I ve received no updates on the repair progress Even worse they decided to keep the device without any response leaving me with no product and 300 euros lost A complete scam avoid this store at all costs
