Unbelievable customer service How many CEO S of a company would ring you first thing on Monday morning Raj was so apologetic and understanding of the situation Frustration on our part probably led to the harsh review It wasn t really directed at the company who do all they can I suppose one it s left them it s in lap of the gods A replacement is already on it s way which is fantastic I wouldn t hesitate in using Nesstar again The prices are really good and I have to say again the customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced

Very helpful knowledgable staff
From our first telephone contact when our request to view the items at their warehouse was efficiently and courtesly replied to and arranged On arrival the warehouse staff were happy to open several boxes of sinks for us to choose from We chose 2 sinks and wanted 2 taps to take away only 1 of which was in stock but the 2nd arrived promptly the following week We cannot recommend this company highly enough Very comprehensive stock list and sinks at all price levels No pushy sales just geniune old fashioned customer service Thanks to all the staff
