Excellent service with patience I had problems connecting the weather station to my new WIFI system The service department did not give up even after many different attempts Finally the system was connected and although I was tempted for me no need to change from weather stations from another supplier The weather station gives a very good and direct view on all subjects temperatures rain and air quality

I have a lot of products in house from Netatmo Twice I have had a technical problem The support was excellent no trying to blame me but defect direct replaced with a new product Also questions are always answered Products are good but without proper support not so much With Netatmo everything is in order So worthy of your trust
