I had booked my tickets a few weeks but for reason unknown didn t receive my confirmation Having called I spoke to Paige who assisted and assured that my ticket is confirmed I ve now received confirmation but awaiting the airline s confirmation which I m still unable to access Hopefully all should be fine

Just paid off the remainder of my upcoming holiday to Barbados Was dealt with by Laura What a pleasure to speak with someone so pleasant clear and cheery Very efficient and sorted within minutes For someone who is hard of hearing and doesn t typically like to deal one the phone Laura made this a pleasure can t wait for my holiday now

Got the job done brilliantly

Charming and efficient was the lady who took my call She knew exactly that I didn t want to spend too much on changing a return flight date So efficient and in a snap she came back with exactly what I had hoped for Just 50 plus admin charges I have to say that using an established company like Netflights makes such a difference from some of the appalling flight companies I have had the displeasure to deal with who are utterly useless and everything is expensive Sometimes you really get what you pay for

Payment issue quickly resolved

I called Netflights after I had an issue with my payment going through twice Laura was so lovely and helpful in the face of my stressful situation calling me back to update me on the issue and let me know that it had been resolved all within about 15 minutes Thank you for such lovely personable and helpful service it s very much appreciated

Booked flights online but then had several queries leading up to flight Agent Laura gave really helpfull advice She went above and beyond emailing flight provider to seek answer to a special request I expected a straight forward answer as opposed to such a consultative approach Overall easy to access and very helpful support along the way

I couldn t book my car rental on-line

I couldn t book my car rental on-line because I am 70yo and they have an upper age limit cuf off so had to call netflights to book it Had a lovely lady who helped me book the car and got a cheaper price than on the website thanks again netflights for all your help

Older single traveller not travel savey

I am an older traveller who for the 1st time I m travelling abroad on my own and I booked with Netflights to fly to Canada on line It was all extremely straight forward however although the flights were booked with ease on line I am not familiar with how to go about the next stage so phoned them to get some help understanding Laura at Netflights was amazing and talked me through everything I was unsure about She had great knowledge and was very informative I am now looking forward to my trip thanks to Laura Highly recommend
