My first step in trading options

I am a brand new beginner in trading options I am also a new user of Interactive broker s platform Eric Peterson explained to me evrything in order to start correctly and responded clearly to each of my questions I feel better now will keep on working with him and feel confident for the future Thank you very much English is not my mother language so please excuse my mistakes

I have purchased several different products from Netpicks over the years Some have worked for me some did not to be honest First I want to talk about the ones that did not After speaking to Mike on multiple occasions Mike has spent his time helping me figurre out why it was difficult for me on that particular program You could tell he truly cared about whether the program would work for me or not You could tell it was not just a job for him and not just selling a program he truly wanted it to work so I could make money With his expertise he can normally get you through it to where you understand the program There was one occasion I just could not wrap my head around the platform Mike spoke to me multiple times We even got all my computer together He saw very quickly it was not working for me He refund my money The programs that I ve done through Netpicks that worked for me I ve made money On the ones that was not for me they refunded they tried to help me I received one-on-one support When all else came down to it they always have done the right thing every time If you re looking at a program and it is a program that Netpicks has and your debating between them or a different company I would always say go with NetPicks because you re safe You know you have someone that cares you know you have support They are a real company Not just someone trying to sell you a product I give them a five star because they deserve a 10 star I will always do business with them as they have new products that come out

SO WHY 5 STARS

So why the five stars Here my answer It s all about communication When I have a question whether it s technical or otherwise Netpicks help is a phone call or an email away I m always confident that I m going to get a quick response Just knowing I have their total support makes my trading day less stressful and more profitable Thank You Netpicks
