Thieves and scammers
Thieves and scammers not even dian Microsoft representatives will f-ck you over like this company I don t know if they were tired of me paying the bills on time or what the hell happend again I got a bill for August in my email on 25 07 for 183 24 DKK as usual Then suddenly I got a bill for September on 5 08 to my eboks which they never did that soon nor sent it to my eboks Which was strange so I ignored it because why would they suddenly want a bill to be paid so soon And why was it send to me eboks instead of email Ok I shouldn t have ignored it but I paid immediately after they sent a reminder about it to the saldo account Then out of nowhere I got a strange letter delivered to the shop next door with a bill for 705 10 Which I again paid and considered it as final Nowhere on the letter it says that I have to get in contact with them otherwise you cut off the power supply Then on 29th they cut off the electricity out of the blue Then I spent 35 minutes waiting for an arrogant customer service operator saying that it doesn t matter if I paid the electricity was cut off because I should have contacted them and that an email had been sent to me about it which wasn t Funny how this is the 3rd time an email from you got lost always at your convenience Don t you think that if I got the email I would contact you because why would I first paid and second what shop owner would want to be without electricity even for a day that eventually resulted in sales loss because of it Also the customer agent was so nice that he sent 2 emails to me which I was supposed to receive before the cut off but funny how I got them for the first time only after he sent them during our call I was also told the electricity will be back in 2-3 hours which didn t happen and got it back only on 30th of August Stay away from these scammers Their response was only thank you for your feedback Stay away from this joke of a company

I have had nettopower for 4 years
I have had nettopower for 4 years i have solarpanels and decided to buy a car charger with agreement from them reading on thei website nothing about that refusion was not possible with solar panels only that you cannot get refusion from solar charging for the car So i applied call them to check is all was in ok due to the facg that i could expect question of decline but was told that all was good Now i just received by first bill after installing the charger and no refusion was for the charging og the car I contact them and then they tell me that its not possible for customer with panels Then i ask why do i pay 69kr then they say its a support for the charger Charger that i bought and dont lease Also that i have a binding contract that is also bullahit I have read the contract and its refusion contract no support for charger so lie after lie i have now requested return on the charger and calcwllation of the contract ad they dont full fill it otherwise i take this further and seek my rights as a customer that has been miss treated and lie to Stay away from this company there support is really bad and no respond to solve my issue

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed I was happy with nettopower until recently I changed companies due to a good deal and when I got a call from nettopower to change back I was happy to do it since I had a good experience with their customer service previously I should not have done that and read the other reviews I got verbal confirmation that I would not need to pay the cancellation fee to my previous company but they did not follow through on this Now I owe the cancellation fee to the other company and nettopower is unwilling to help I have been trying for 3 weeks and they are just not being helpful Do not trust nettopower if they give you verbal confirmation get a written confirmation and hopefully you can avoid this situation Very time consuming and annoying to need to follow up on this when they promised the switch would be easy

Unfair Billing Practices
I am utterly disappointed with NettoPower s handling of my account and their billing practices Despite having my own solar panel system that actively contributes power to the grid I ve been receiving substantial bills every two months throughout the summer season ranging from approximately 4500 kr to 5000 kr During this time I have not used any power from NettoPower s supply Instead they have been utilizing the energy produced by my solar panels I have detailed records of my solar panel system s power generation which clearly indicates the amount of energy being provided to the grid I believe NettoPower owes me credits for the power generated by my solar panels and their billing system does not accurately reflect this contribution This mismanagement and unfair billing practice is unacceptable and has led me to question their ability to handle customer accounts effectively I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering NettoPower as their treatment of my account has left me feeling frustrated and financially burdened

Do not trust
Here is another 1 star because they promised on my previous review that they will look into the case I m afraid they just tried if I will not reply to Trustpilot s request and they can get rid of a negative review So this one is the reward for that action while the previous one for lying and not abiding the law Just a tip for everyone If you get a verbal offer from this company force them to write it down Then force the CEO all the shareholders to sign that deal Then you might have 50 chance that they will act as agreed Such a shame

Law They don t do that over there
I was a customer then I switched to another supplier Then I got a call from Nettopower where we agreed that I move back and they will cover the fee for the cancelation during the binding period Then nothing happened Today when I called them it turned out that they don t cover the cost for the cancelation and instead they did nothing When I tried to explain that by law a verbal agreement is having a binding for both parties they couldn t say anything Fortunately I am not a customer anymore and definitely will not want to have anything common with a company not abiding the law

Predatory
I called to ask about an offer to change my current Electricity supplier to NettoPower Guy tells me he will send an offer on email Few minutes later I receive a contract as if I already accepted the offer on the email Now I have 14 days and counting down to cancel the contract which I never agreed on - which is hard to do as NettoPower does not respond to emails while their phone line is completely clogged with 40 people waiting After I manage to cancel this contract I will definitely never again try to contact this company via any means

Stay away from NettoPower
I do not recommend NettoPower to anyone They have seriously overcharged me every month and even agreed to pay some of the difference back They confirmed after several contacts with customer service that I would receive money in the beginning of July and one month later it is still not paid Their customer service is not responding to emails and when I tried to call there is a queue of 50 persons When I finally get hold of them it is only to hear that they cannot respond to any payment related issues I have therefore changed to another company as this service provider cannot be trusted on anything They owe me a lot of money and I wonder if I will ever see them
