Although my claim took 2 years due delaying tactics by the other side which I expected the solicitors were very tenacious and kept me informed of the progress regularly Communicating by email text and phone was simple and sending links for large files multiple photos etc were received and acknowledged I would recommend NewLaw for all legal needs
