Reiki with Angela

I completed a session of reiki with Angela via zoom I have had reiki years ago and was looking forward to trying it again The intention for my practice was to feel more energised The session itself was very relaxing Angela s calming voice had an immediate effect Following the session I have felt less tired and have woke up with more energy I wasn t expecting to feel so well afterwards so thank you I would definitely recommend Angela to others Xxxx P s I feel great

Reiki

Very focused relaxation techniques Deep breathing and head to toe detailing was extremely helpful to be able to connect into that relaxed atmosphere as soon as possible I lay on the sofa using a cushion as a head support and a blanket to cover There was no visual connection but I just listened to Angela s voice Initially I felt quite warm then as the Reiki progressed felt a little colder and then warm again towards the end Nothing felt uncomfortable I was very conscious of my body seeming to fall down into the sofa pleasantly weighted It was a very comforting restful feeling Having experienced a great amount of anxiety and breathing difficulties over the past few months I can honestly say that the hours that followed the Reiki were very calming ones I slept much the same as usual which sadly is only a few hours a night but I found myself very refreshed in the morning and actually had a lot more energy to do several more practical things in the days that follow the Reiki I think perhaps I had become quite anxious over the things that were out of my control a few days before Reiki was delivered so it came at an ideal time to allow me to resume a calmer more focused life It was a lovely day outside and I was able to hear some of the bird song from the garden alongside Angela s voice which was also very relaxing Thank you Angela I really enjoyed the experience

Excellent first Reikei experience

I had four sessions of Reikei one a week from Angela I had never had Reiki before and wasn t sure what to expect I had been suffering from a lot of pain in my shoulder and arm often waking me up at night I decided to focus of this for the first session The setting was very relaxing and Angela s voice and manner very soothing During that first session I felt a tightness around my chest towards to end of the session but otherwise it was very relaxing I could feel the heat from her hands whenever she put them on me When I returned home I had so much energy for the rest of the day and got lots of work done in the house My shoulder gave me no pain and hasn t since In the second session I focussed on my knee which has arthritis and had been causing me a lot of discomfort for a couple of days as well as my shoulder I have had no pain in my knee since that session After my mother passed away last July I have not been able to cry or be emotional Since I have been having the reiki sessions I have become more emotional Now reacting to sad films on TV as I used to before and more in tune with my emotions This has continued through out the sessions On the morning of the third session I felt very down I concentrated on tension in my neck for this session Afterwards I felt much happier and the next day had a much brighter outlook and more energy The fourth session concentrated on sleep I have been waking and then finding it taking hours to get back to sleep The night after the session I did take ages to get to sleep but after that each time I woke I was able to get back to sleep very quickly This has continued over the past weekThroughout all the sessions Angela made it very relaxing and enjoyable She asked me about any colours I saw or feelings I had during the session She then explained the meanings of these and informed me about many aspects of the reiki process I have not had any pain in my shoulder since the first session though I have had a few aches in my arm this week I am definitely more in tune with my emotions

Free Birth

This was to be my first free birth so I wasn t sure what to expect but Angela was with us the whole way offering great support and advice throughout the pregnancy and when I went into labour she came over and guided and supported my husband and I through the whole process her hands off approach and very calm and encouraging demeanour allowed this to be an extemely relaxed and rewarding experience Her long professional experience as a midwife together with her beliefs and understanding of women s natural capabilities boosted my confidence in myself in going through a free birth I will definitely reach out to her again for any future pregnancies Impy

I found my Reiki sessions very relaxing in my first trimester of pregnancy I enjoyed having that time to unwind after work and the discussions I had with Angela were very helpful

Recently I have been lucky enough to find Angela I have received 2 sessions of Reiki and at first I was not sure how effective it could be especially over Zoom however I ve had my eyes opened I received my first session whilst on a Zoom call Angela explained the process to me explained what I could expect and what possible feelings I may experience We discussed my reasoning for the Reiki and it was to work on my heart and emotions The first session was an eye opener to me as I said I had never had remote healing before and I didn t know what to expect The session commenced with a deepening breathing and visualisation techniques this helped me fully relax and get into my own self I felt very very emotional during the session I had visions of my grandparents and felt their presence in a very protective way I saw colours pulsating in my mind green to purple and it was a very cathartic session I felt very emotional for a few hours after but it lifted me and I noticed a difference in myself in the next few days My next session was Mind Blowing I went so deep I literally could feel the energy in my body and was comforted in the knowledge that Angela was there My body literally felt anaesthetised and I could feel energy in my upper torso I can t really fully explain my experience because it s personal to me Angela has deep power and a natural gift for Reiki I was honestly very surprised by her energy and how quickly I recovered I am now totally convinced that this works It was an amazing experience I ll definitely be back in the future Love and light

If you are considering a home birth or need reassurance with a free birth I absolutely couldn t recommend Angela enough she is extremely knowledgeable caring thoughtful and very professional she was an absolute god send for us We were first time home birthers and her reassurance and support led to us having the most amazing little girl We found her rates incredibly reasonable compared to others but got a high priced service From the bottom of our hearts we can t thank her enough x x

Crippling back pain

I was in a lot of pain in my lower back and movement was very difficult Angela did acupuncture in my back She was very professional explained exactly what she was doing and I didn t even feel the needles going in They were in for 20 minutes and I was able to move easily afterwards There was still some pain there and I had another acupuncture session a few days later After that session my back was fine I had a reoccurrence of the back pain a couple of months later and had two further acupuncture sessions with Angela Since that last session which is about four months ago I ve had no more back pain I would thoroughly recommend Angela I had not experienced acupuncture before and was a little nervous but Angela put me at ease was very pleasant and professional and I felt very safe in her hands
