On my latest go-around needing customer service representative Dee Benavidez was extremely friendly helpful and truly concerned about my issue She spent a great deal of time with me so that I would not need to make any further calls by notifying other departments of my problem while I waited She and others I have dealt with Sammy S Joe V are role models of fine customer service that all companies should aspire to

I had a problem with a video card

I had a problem with a video card I purchased and it took too long to get to newegg after I shipped it RMA had been canceled before they received the video card I called for help and talked to Justin J Park he took care of everything got my replacement on the way fast Newegg is the only place to buy PC parts where they stand be hide what they sell newegg rep Justin J Park is topnotch AAA

Not to sound like a fanboy boy but I have been shopping through newegg for about 5 years now and i have never once had an issue Great customer service as well even if you have the smallest of questions Needless to say i will continue doing business with them I am also going to be ordering 13 different parts for a custom pc build And i will wrote another review with that experience when it comes

Newegg is a fantastic company for buying new computer hardware and components Customer service was great in helping me with a shipping issue - managed to get a gift certificate over a claim which was more money back than the cost of shipping while also avoiding the time consuming process of going through claims Thank you so much for helping and I will definitely continue to buy from this company

Excellent Computer Parts

I have used and purchased computers and competents from NewEgg since 2006 and have nothing but great experiences with them I had an issue where I got 2 bad memory sticks out of four that I bought returned them and they were quickly replaced with good ones I also bought a hard drive that went bad with in 35 days and they refunded my money That s two bad transactions out of over ten years of buying thing from them

Great product price and shipping

This is the second time that I have placed an order through Newegg Both times I received my items quickly I use a very expensive facial moisturizer and this was the best price on it I could find anywhere on the web It is absolutely an authentic product and I am very pleased I will continue to shop with Newegg I especially appreciate the email updates on delivery

I should have read the description

I should have read the description better but did not I ordered the wrong thing probably while not paying full attention We are talking several hundreds of dollars here It took a few calls I had expected as much but newegg com was very responsive and communicative about my problem I was given a full refund in a timely manner I will for sure continue to do business with this company

I didn t receive my order and I waited for over two months give up on this site just go for ebay or kaper shop way better prices and at least you pay with paypal so you can get your money back fast with newegg I still didn t get my refund
