Fantastic support and guidance from beginning to end Well worth it I was looking for a property on my own and already overwhelmed with the thought of the buying process and how that would fit into my busy work schedule Dani really provided a sense of calm control and confidence through the whole process She supported me through every stage and even from the first meeting really listened to what I wanted gave an honest and realistic opinion and then got to work Dani worked with me to set an affordable and achievable goal and supported me through the search viewings negotiations and buying process The whole thing can be intimidating especially when its your first home but with Dani I felt confident and well informed which helped me make the right decisions at the right time

I highly recommend Dani she stood up for me when needed she was able to suss out bad deals and is very knowledgeable about the property sector We had regular catch ups where she was around to answer any questions I had She also put me in touch with good solicitors and mortgage brokers which made the process a lot easier Lastly when she came to viewings with me she knew what kind of questions to ask the estate agents that I would not have been able to ask if i went to viewings alone I wish I knew about her service earlier
