It s a scam don t pay any thing they advertise as a local company and for payment it will be directed to this site

An absolute scammer and fraudster

Good customer support by Marshall - that is the exact message of the person from this company who assured me a fully refund of 28 they illegally charged my bank account thru a misleading ads I saw an ads with Facebook offering a limited edition of Victoria Secret gift set for an amount of almost 2000 last Dec 24 2024 I placed an order using the link on their ads and I received an email confirmation about my order I ve waited for 10 working days for the gift set to be delivered but no gift set came however my bank was charged multiple times by new pram baby and the new born tiny website I tried to contact them and to dispute those charges They initially confirmed that I signed up with their monthly subscription After weeks of arguing and demanding for a reversal of those charges New Born Tiny company made the reversal for the full amount of 28 which I m thankful for their assistance However this company New Pram Baby I spoke with this Supervisor of Escalation Team named Marshall asked to leave him a 5 star rating with the same comment as above and he will process a full refund of 28 So I made a 5 star review even against my will They process a refund for only 20 in staggered manner I made another series of follow up for the remaining 8 more or less 500 and no even bother to give me any update even this quote and quote supervisor Marshall Now I m retracting my 5 star rating and will let go of that hard earned money Be careful on this company because they are certified fraudster and scammers
