Absolute scam along with this trustpilot website with all the fake reviews pieces of shi took six hundred from me I m not sure how this website continues to operate but its fake as fuc and the people who answer the phones are brain dead TRASHBAGS GET A REAL JOB BESIDES STEALING FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE

TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GET EXCUSES STAY AWAY paid for tickets then through the airlines directly found out reservations were cancelled the same day Requested refund got nowhere supervisor never returned repeated calls They just take money and run Based on the bad reviews that sound like my experience I suspect all the good reviews are FAKE All I want is my money back BUYER BEWARE

Scam don t use them to travel It s a shame that trustpilot wouldn t look into this company before allowing a high rating I m fighting for a refund of over 500 Can t get a hold of anyone email or call They never sent a confirmation email or flight ticket WhenI called and actually got a hold of someone they said their system was down for over a week Haven t been able to get a hold of anyone for over 3 weeks I m reporting them to the consumer complain website to open an investigation into this scamming company

SCAM Read past the 5 Starts that get added immediately after a bad Review gets posted to push all the bad ones down Same as everyone else no E-ticket then told the flight was canceled and there were no others available on that same flight My refund was never received and when I was told weeks later after multiple communications that it would take 1-2 billing cycles I knew I had been had DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND WRITE A REVIEW JUST LIKE THIS ONE SO OTHER PPL KEEP MAKING REVIEWS TO OFFSET THE FAKE 5 STAR ONES THEY IMMEDIATELY POST AFTER THE BAD ONES

totally fake website do not waste time booked month and a half in advance and no ticket was available tried calling and no one could help Kept getting put on hold and literally it was just them sitting there silent but could still hear noise in background after several attempts they stated flight couldnt be booked and was therefore a cancelled transaction luckily no money was lost but i can see some have lost money please use different agency

Absolutely fudging horrible Do not go through this site Total scam My dad just bought tickets and I m trying to reach their customer service and NON of the contact info provided is working They gave us a number to call for immediate response which gives a busy line and their customer service email says it s not found I am absolutely mortified from what a scam this has been WOW

Bait and switch paid for two round trip tickets approximately 500 found out you have to pay additional for carry on baggage check in baggage cost for seat and airport costs and taxes It cost me an additional 249 dollar each way almost 500 RIP OFF

My money for a canceled trip was never refunded to my credit card and I saw where I was charged in my bank account by Alaska Air for the trip Alaska Air could not refund me because the charge produced by New Travel Trip did contain the correct information like ticket or booking confirmation Don t trust this company with your travel plans

I purchased what I thought was two tickets After not receiving my confirmation number and e-ticket as they had said I started to investigate United airlines said the tickets were purchased and then refunded Therefore they scammed my money and never notified me I had no tickets Good thing I found out before going to the airport to find out I had no flight DO NOT USE this company It s a SCAM
