Illegal
Moved from Scotland and Nexa SW let a property in mid winter to a young family with a baby with no heating or electricity Had to spend 5 days in emergency accommodation getting British gas to reconnect the power Then have spent the last 4 weeks trying to get their maintenence departments to resolve several leaks and remove rubbish from previous tenant AVOID

Left me high and dry during transaction
I needed someone to find a buyer for a Buy-to-Let property with tenants already in Sarah Oliver got me an offer which I was initially happy with I was told that the buyer was offering 252k on a mortgage but could purchase cash if needed What later transpired is that the offer was actually from 4 separate people 2 couples and one of those couples was in their 70 s obviously a mortgage was complicated nearly impossible I only found out the offer was from 4 people while filling out paperwork I was NEVER informed before accepting the offer Many times over the transaction Sarah was lairy rude and aggressive to myself and others involved with the transaction I initially saw it as being driven but after seeing some of these emails I wouldn t have put up with it Once I spoke to the other parties and found out the offer was from 2 couples one of which was 70 SHE DROPPED ME SHE EXITED THE TRANSACTION AND WE HADN T MANAGED TO EXCHANGE Sarah is unprofessional and aggressive Looking at her listings she deals with very expensive property but couldn t see through a 252k transaction without upsetting everyone else involved and running away Disgusting service and anyone who asks will be told the same

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY Call themselves a management company acting for landlords couldn t manage their way out of a wet paper bag or organise the proverbial if they had full colour instructions and all the kit supplied Poorly managed tenancies lettings damp poor condition housing which they claim is fit for purpose Consistently lie about reports from their contractors had to get environmental health involved as they denied it was damp despite paint flaking of ceilings onto me while sleeping causing chest infection paint peeling from kitchen window lounge window and all bed room ceilings kitchen cupboards stinking of damp and underneath them also damp issues with electrics and boiler On call services that don t answer and leave you with no heating or hot water because on call plumber is on holiday Spent first month with tripping electric meter where even the Electrician was pulling his hair out as to why it was happening Lost all my freezer content including a months worth of frozen dog food unable to cook anything because electric kept tripping At one point i was running an extension lead from the only working socket in the lounge to the kitchen to boil a kettle or use washing machine Having to take landlady to court to get reimbursed for all the lost time at work i m self employed waiting in for people to come and fix problems time off due to chest infection loss of the freezer contents and my deposit back plus other expenses due to the shoddy property They take days to reply to emails if they can be bothered

Disgusting smartalec touting for business using indefensible and manipulative language that he probably think is entrepeneurial Morally bankrupt Should never have been let out of his pram This is one person on the make Invasive I ve just blasted him with a phone message and he rang back to see if I wanted to discuss it There would be no point in even trying to explain anything to someone calling themselves Joe Feast

Good on paper not good in practice
Used them as a letting agent to rent a new property but when I had to pull out of new property they held onto my holding deposit for ages despite a replacement tenant being found in a matter of a week or so Was promised a refund on 29 3 23 but only today 12 4 23 have I got my money back All told they had my deposit for the best part of a month In the intervening period I was passed from pillar to post being told that their systems were being updated and that landlords not prospective tenants were their first priority What a cheek Perhaps their systems were unavailable but what reputable business puts themselves in a position where they re unable to pay their clients You decide but I ll never use them again even if I find myself between a rock and a hard place Never again

Please do not rent from this company
Please do not rent from this company especially if you are a young person If you are already renting from them when you do eventually move out of one of their houses dispute the money they want to take from your bond They will try to take it all

Worst Renting Experience in 10 Years
I ve been renting for 10 years and this company is genuinely the worst I ve ever come across Their office team are unprofessional and can never answer any questions and that s if they do pick up the phone which is a rarity Theres 50 50 chance the maintenance team never show up and when they do its on a different day and time to the one agreed When they do turn up they never actually fix anything and leave within 10 minutes saying they didn t get the correct info from the office team I would avoid at all costs

Worst company ever We have rented a student property with this company and it has been by far the worst experience ever To start off few of the boys planned to move in over summer when we look at the property it had not been prepared at all The property had not been cleaned whatsoever no wifi sorted and rooms with mould in it We said this to the company and one of their agents said that we would be compensated to when this is fixed however Nexa went against this and fired the guy and did not compensate us the property start date was July and it didn t get cleaned until mid September we are currently all students without wifi still they will not fit it and expect us to do our 5000 word essays in the hallway were the wifi is still not strong Furthermore next door got BURGLED and its been over a month and they have still not fixed our from door Living by myself I found it extremely worrying and they did nothing about it Moreover one of they boys rooms has mould in the corner which they tried to fix but did a quick job and there is water still leaking into his room we have radiators not fixed and we also have had mice in the property and dead rats in our garden I am extremely disappointed with this experience the only person in this awful situation who has been useful is the landlord who means well and has tried helping us through this situation Avoid this company at all costs

Worst company ever
I currently rent a property with Nexa in just the first 6 months there has been 2 leaks in the living room from a burst pipe rats in my living room from getting through a hole in the roof and a broken boiler where we had no heating for a month in November we now recently have leaks in the roof downstairs where there s wet patches in the walls and ceiling when it rains The only thing they ve fixed is the leak downstairs and the boiler but that is after a whole month of reporting and phoning constantly being told someone is coming out but never turns up I then email saying no one has turned up and they don t reply They do not care about your living situation and I hope the landlord knows Nexa doesn t care about their properties either I will never be renting with them ever again
