Assistenza vergognosa Pi di 3 settimane per cambiare l iban di accredito poi mandano una mail dicendo che stato cambiato ma si dimenticano di cambiarlo non solo sul circuito pos ma anche sull ecommerce Risultato 4500euro di transazioni pay per link rifiutate oltre 50 000euro di incassi fermi in attesa oltre ad una splendida figura con i clienti E il bello che alla 4a telefonata all assistenza mi venuto a me in mente di chiedere di controllare l iban di accredito 1 stella un water dovrebbe essere il simbolo Shameful assistance More than 3 weeks to change the credit iban then they send an email saying that it has been changed but they forget to change it not only on the pos circuit but also on ecommerce one Result 4500euro of pay per link transactions refused more than 50 000euro of receipts stopped waiting in addition to a wonderful figure with customers And the great thing is that on the 4th phone call to support it occurred to me to ask them to check the credit iban 1 star A toilet should be the symbol

I got a card with simple instructions they are not correct
we bought NEXI mobile POS online from nexi it First of all I received the POS after one month secondly now we are waiting for activation process we sent all the documents as per online contract but still we are waiting for the activation when we call them they say we also don t know can you resend the documents And since more than one month I am just resending the documents on different email addresses as per thier customer services operators My humble request to all business Kindly don t get trap with Nexi it world s most bad and Pathetic service is Nexi itabbiamo acquistato NEXI mobile POS online da nexi it Innanzitutto ho ricevuto il POS dopo un mese in secondo luogo ora stiamo aspettando il processo di attivazione abbiamo inviato tutti i documenti come da contratto online ma siamo ancora in attesa dell attivazione quando li chiamiamo dicono anche noi non lo sappiamo puoi inviare nuovamente i documenti E da pi di un mese Sto solo inviando nuovamente i documenti su indirizzi e-mail diversi secondo i loro operatori del servizio clienti La mia umile richiesta a tutti gli affari Per favore non farti prendere in giro con Nexi it il servizio pi cattivo e patetico del mondo Nexi it

A terrible experience - to be avoided
A terrible experience when your Bank doesn t handle directly you Visa or Mastercard When Nexi is between the Bank and the Card it is almost impossible to pay on-line the ask for a number of codes either sent via SMS and ask to access to their website for an additional code but that code itself is given only after you receive a second SMS At the end of the tour Naxi says One or both the codes you entered is wrong After one hour I decided I can no longer buy online through Nexi

Bad customer service
I was in France although I had been using the card in Italy and online for some time when I tried to pay I was asked for the pin I knew I could retrieve it from the app I try to log in but I m asked to generate a Nexi code I generate it and I don t get the confirmation via text message and here the ordeal begins I try to contact their number for Italians abroad I give the card number select the corresponding keys and they put me on hold every 30 seconds the music disappears and shortly after the phone call ends In the end I try their customer service with the prefix 1 800 they answer me and the first operator tells me that it is the telephone operator s fault I contact the operator and by testing the text messages worked I contacted Nexi again because I couldn t use the card but I m forced to call back the number 1 800 The young lady kindly sends me a text message with the card Pin but to be able to use it which strangely arrives this time I also tried to re-enter the app but the confirmation text still didn t arrive The two phone calls cost me 30

Ineffective poor Customer assistance
Poor Customer assistance I called from abroad at least three times to give instructions re where to send my new card old is expiring soon I completed everything and two things happened either the last person hang up or I was told the numbers codes etc were wrong NEXI key was wrong PIN was wrong everything was wrong for them despite the fact that all numers etc were right Never again deal with NEXI customer assistance

Block your terminal without prior notice They said they did but when I asked them to show me the proof that said notice they aren t answering anymore Since you don t have a choice in order to go back in business ASAP and avoid further damage you buy their new terminal But hey as their technician said we are not forcing you to buy Pure negotiation skill
