Very difficult to pay monies refunded

Nexity while not stating it publicly anywhere will only accept documents in French If your papers are in English they will require you to pay for a certified translator even if the document is a page full of numbers or your personal ID card So My advice is to avoid them and bring your business to someone less well xenophobic

DO NOT CHOOSE NEXITY

Very difficult to pay monies refunded and then they threaten Court action Even when you visit to try and settle the account because the website says they are open they are closed I am disgusted with my treatment and the responses so far

Apartments are dirty expect to have cockroaches At the end of the stay they didn t reimburse me the whole amount of the deposit because of the so called cleaning services of 96 euros they would have to charge The apartment being left in a much better state that I have found it Not mentioning that the products for the insects including the cockroaches were payed by myself Do not choose this residence as they will look for every chance in order not to reimburse you the whole sum of money as they are stealers

Very dirty roomsVery bad employers treat you in racist horrible wayThe mangers ignore any complains Update i sent you all my contacts and none contacted me as usual Here what happened my daughter was renting in Villejuif residance from September 2022 through your partner Adeef association des Etudiants Egyptiens en France 1- She moved in the room it was dirty not cleaned at all full of stains that won t be removed every where but the manager Dalida told us she will later send someone to do the cleaning and paint the room cause there was no time before my daughter moved to do the cleaning i agreed but told here i will email her with all the scratches in the wall and the dirty floor and everything else to proof that my daughter did not do it Also many stuff was missing like a lamp and a chair2- after a month and a half with no pervious notes my daughter found someone opening the room from outside with a copy of the keys and those were the people to clean the room and when she contacted Dalida the manger she apologized for not texting before to tell her and told her she forgot 3- In December 2022 my daughter forgot her keys inside her room she went down stairs to Dalida in her office to ask for her help Dalida insulted her and told her that she is careless spoiled girl there was another employer i don t know his name the electricial technation insulted my daughter and told her she was poorly raised by her patents and have no manners cause the way she dress and her look My daughter was shocked and panicked she cried and told him she was not talking to him and do not know him and not to talk to her 4- She raised a complain and i contacted the facebook page to complain about this verbal abuse and i was very worried about her security All our complains were totally ignored no-one contact my daughter 5- She sent the residance a mail in 27 January telling them she will leave the residance and not complete her contract time due to verbal violence she faced they told her that is ok and they will take one more month rent fees because that was the contract This is against the law which allow her to end the contract as she was subjected to violence without paying any extra fees 6- She had another tenant to take her place from first of February they only mailed her yesterday that the will receive the room from her today8- And today a lady came to check the room before my daughter end the contract she treated her very badly and when it was time to end the contract literally through the pen on the floor to my daughter to sign My daughter is 18 years old international student never before lived alone abroad dealing with your employers who are probably in their 30 s or 40 sold who treated her in horrible racist way give her very bad experience I emailed all this before and sent to all your pages no one contacted me at all

Update Replay for Marine from Nexity I did not receive any mail at all from Nexity I am very sad to tell you they totally ignored us I am writing to express my daughter s worst experience at Nexity Studea Villejuif As a foreigner she was excited to stay at your residence to experience a new culture and make new friends Unfortunately her experience was far from what she had hoped for Throughout her stay she experienced racism and harassment from some of the staff members They made bad comments about the way she dressed and she felt uncomfortable and unwelcome in the residence Despite bringing this to the attention of the management no action was taken and the harassment continued Due to the continuous harassment and discrimination she felt unsafe and decided to leave the residence Although She found another tenant to take over her place but unfortunately she has not received her deposit for over three months We are disappointed that the management has not taken any action to address the situation and she has not received her refund I trusted that my stay at the residence would be a positive experience but unfortunately this was not the case I hope that you can investigate this situation and take appropriate action to ensure that other students do not have to experience what she went through I also request that you release her deposit as soon as possible

THEY WILL NEVER RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT

I stayed with nexity two times in two years and they have a policy against paying back deposit I have been chasing them FOR A WHOLE Year to repay my 800 euros of deposit but no answer They will fabricate documents to show you ve not paid rent but the minute you send all documents as proof and claim rent they ghost you I hope after this you will reach out to me nexity ----Update----Nexity has now transferred my file to a collection agency It is you who needs to retuen my deposit nexity You have fabricated documents I have ALL THE PROOFS of payment and now you are trying to extort me for more money

Very disappointed Nexity manage an apartment building in which I have a property I have not had cause to contact them but have always considered them to be excellent in their field from the communications I have constantly received from them Yet now I have a question related to my building and despite email and follow up email there has been no acknowledgement confirmation of receipt or response to my question Perhaps they don t know the answer - a brief sorry unable to help would at least put the matter to rest Definitely not impressed
