1 Their customer support is very good 2 I recall them pioneering the proof of reserve concept before it became mainstream 3 They deliver very good returns on assets 4 Continuous improvements to the platform adding Nexo Pro then Nexo Wallet and many other features While I can t confirm if they were the absolute first to offer a non-custodial solution they were certainly the first I noticed before it became a common feature on other platforms However one aspect that I find less appealing is their tier program setup I would prefer a structure similar to Binance which offers various tier VIP tracks such as the Trader Program Holder Program Borrower Program and others allowing users to progress through different levels based on their activities and preferences
