Got charged 20 for not returning bike
Got charged 20 for not returning bike in correct location when I returned the bike exactly where I ve returned and rented bikes in the past then when I went onto my banking online 24 60 had been removed from my account 3 times has been a week between emails and calls and still no sign of my money not some much the money but more the way it is been dealt with same rubbish everytime I go on the phone disaster and a scam

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish bikes never serviced locks are broken in 50 of cases You d still get charged if the lock doesn t open the return is a matter of chance Support is unhelpful Payment system is convoluted and you always end up owning them money even with pay as you go Avoid if you can

Use your own bike walk or get on a bus taxi
I am referring to the Belfast branch 1 The bikes most of the time won t be released from the racks and you can waste significant time trying to sort this out with the customer service2 On a couple of occasions i rented bikes with issues such as the chain was so loose that fell off Or broken gears The bike was like a fixed-gear one 3 The application doesn t reflect the reality when it comes to free spaces at a certain station I once had to almost return back to where i rented the bike because all the stations conveniently close to my place didn t have a spare rack despite what was reported on their app

Next bike Glasgow it s the China problem loads of crap substandard bikes littering the streets There s another company too yellow bikes a private firm now depositing their bikes totally free no rental on fences and railings near these next bike stations it s just fly tipping

Scam company their gps system doesn t process returns correctly and it automatically fines you 20 When I tried calling them they weren t picking up and no response from app feedback form emails social media So don t tell me to send more messages you re just scam

Surreal experience Used to be good few years ago but turned to dogshi They put bikes away for 4 months and I paid a full yearI park and lick a bike after 10 min wanna continuo and lock wont open so i complain they ignore then charge me for not returning and ignore my complains about the whole thing afterSupport has 0 idea its like they employed people from the special needs departmentChanged the option to take yearlsly subscribe to need to input card like hell I am gona get my card to shady company with 0 security experts so they can charge imaginary fees

Yiu used to be able to register your
Yiu used to be able to register your card over phone but dont have offices in Glasgow and can not sort out any problems as calmly cards dont work on there site while they are still charging 10 pound month since July because they might have blocked me marking payments but nobody can fix the problem I ve phoned since july but no luck and still chrhrujg me 10 a month while can not use the facilities Why can they not get British company to lessees the bikes out as we have left the EU

App showed showed bike station were there was t one resulting in fine Was asked to return bike to wave fine only to be met with fee similar to fine so essentially returned their bike for nothing but still charged Both customer service reps very rude and cutting off conversation E bike was broken wouldn t charge but app showed bike worked Customer service said this was irrelevant

Zero stars if possible Kolobrzeg nextbike-bike very heavy They chase you for 5zl sending multiple emails Poor app management they can t get the auto payment to charge for whatever time used by customer Horrible experience will use other providers

Wir hatten im Urlaub nextbike installiert und uns Fahrr der ausgeliehen Nach dem Urlaub habe ich mein Konto gel scht um das Restguthaben zu bekommen Ich habe einen Best tigungsmail f r das L schen des Konto bekommen in der auch stand dass mein Restguthaben in ca 2 Wochen ausgezahlt werde Nach ca 4 Wochen habe ich den Kundenservice angeschrieben Eine Antwort habe ich nach Tagen bekommen man k nnen meinen Konto nicht finden Warte noch bis heute auf die Auszahlung des Restguthabens Update Heute bekam ich diese Email Ein Wiederspruch zu der Email die ich beim L schen des Konto s bekommen habe Dear Thomas in accordance with the General Terms of Use that you accepted during registration we do not refund the nextbike credit because it is used for bike rental and subscription activation Please note that you can use the same in most other cities countries that have the nextbike service or you can transfer it to another nextbike Croatia user Here are the instructions for easier use of nextbike bikes to avoid additional costs Link HOW TO use nextbikeThank you for your understanding We are available for all other questions Best regards P
