I post about animals in need of adoption, and they suspended my account for the second time today. Why? Well posts about animals available for adoption is spam, What jesters they have to suspend my account over nonsense.

Posted an ad to give away a chair free When the expiration date came up Nextdoor notified me and said it could be extended and it would be placed with more visibility Well I extended the ad and the chair was given away within 2 days

This is a great site

This is a great site It can be very informative with recommendations etc A lot of people like to put stupid comments on some of the requests which is very unfortunate but I guess you just have to look past those dumb comments

Nextdoor com has been a great experience for me I have moved to a new location twice in the last 6 years I had to find doctors dentists vets groomers and other services I have asked for and received great recommendations on here

I have found great help on next-door several times Once I found some very nice barstools for sale and the other experience is finding someone to represent me for my tax protest I also adopted a very sweet little dog from a very nice gentleman

I have been very impressed with Nextdoor There is always a lot of good information feedback and answers for many things that has helped me when I m seeking help and advice This is a very good tool for communicating with neighbors and friends

Use Village Mover if you want a great mover at a fair price I recently contracted with them to move my home from MD to The Villages FL They were friendly on time careful and very efficient You won t find a better mover than the Village Mover

NEXTDOOR SAVED MY BACON

The most valuable recent experience involved some independents cruising the neighborhoods looking for people who needed tree work I was considering using them as the arborists are soooo expensive Before I would allow the work to be done I requested proof of insurance I was browsing the Nextdoor site and there was a posting from a lady warning about the tree guys who not only had not done the work paid for but had damaged her property she paid in advance I sent a message to her advising I had a copy of his insurance policy and cancelled the work with him Thank you Nextdoor com
