Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful Next Energy Liverpool fitted a new boiler for us Since installation we have had nothing but problems The system is still NOT working properly and every issue takes days or weeks to resolve The fitters who come are very pleasant but we still do not have a fully functioning boiler or heating Work commenced on 13th December 2021 and here we are on 16th January 2022 with a broken boiler and no heating upstairs whatsoever This is not the first time that we have been without heating with Next Energy and today there is NO emergency telephone number that will get to speak to anybody Every telephone number just asks to leave a message This is totally unacceptable and a disgrace If you have the opportunity to use a different company DO NOT use Next Energy if you want sensible timely support or a working system fitted within a month

Dont Use
Installation was fine however six months downline boiler had a problem and their customer service was absolutely awful The original fitters who came to check the boiler were deeply unpleasant arrogant bordering on aggressive Got another company to repair the Worcester Bosch boiler and stuff the guarantee Wouldn t have Next Energy anywhere near the house again

Worst company ever Avoid next energy Co uk
Worst company ever to deal with - whole lot of themCowboys Work started at our house November 2021 - badly fitting pipe work caused extensive damage to kitchen and ceiling - repair job a botchup Katie office - no auth or experience to know anything about a boiler fit pipework suggested not their issue - pipework down to us and get Worcester boiler company out of it doesn t work properly which we did subsequently confirmed pipework a disgrace Get back on to fitters which we did Still having problems up till now - and they do not care at all Pleasant chap mark Williams suggested oh well the condenser pipe is plastic prone to break and leaks what Steve McCoy - engineer lol suggested someone may have knocked the pipe - oh like the borrowers who live in the linen cupboard - also not interested - out of warranty he said The problem with the boiler and pipework has been there from the get go Currently in the process of reporting these cowboys suggest everyone do the same to gas safe Beware don t ever use Govt need to be made aware of them- especially as they are making money on the back of scheme funded by the govt

No show on pre arranged appointment
Had an appointment as per below Hi as discussed on the phone I can confirm your new appointment is booked in for Monday 25th 12-3PM The surveyor will be called Mark ThanksNext EnergyIt was a no show so I emailed them on their info at address and as yet no reply there either Now checking reviews here I think I ll give them a miss myself

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company Parents boiler is 30 years old Had a Next Energy surveyor who recommended a new boiler be fitted only now to be told it can t be replaced on the scheme Surveyors obviously have no clue about what they re doing Would not recommend to anyone I wish I d have read these previous reviews before involving my 89 year old dad in this

Project now in its 11th week
Project now in its 11th week which I was told would take 3 to 4 days to complete No hub was provided for the economy 7 heating so I had to purchase one separately at my own expense No bird guards provided for the solar panels so will have to order from another supplier at a cost of 250 00 They damaged a storage box and have failed to replace it The solar panel contractor wanted to fit 9 solar panels which they reduced to eight as I was told this would upset the balance of the installation When I raised this with Nextenergy they said I was only due 6 solar panels so who is right the solar panel contractor or Nextenergy I was not provided with a detailed schedule of works which precludes me from knowing if the installation conforms to Cheshire East Councils order to Nextenergy for the installation of heating and solar panels

Awful experience avoid at all costs
Awful experience very stressful avoid at all costs Don t turn up or call back and when they do they don t know what for and reliant on you telling them Work shoddy and unfinished Unprepared no dust sheets shoe covers etc Office staff just pass you around to get you off the phone Work started April still half done just being fobbed off all the time left for 6 weeks with big holes through my walls No one knows what they are doing Not reassuring or professional at all Made a complaint to procurement at the Council

Be careful
I applied for the scheme to have solar panels installed and I was successful When the survey came they informed me about all the other things that could have been done including damp course Time goes passed and a technical survey has been done I get a phone call telling me it would cost me 8700 and wont be able to have it on the scheme I have tried to get in contact with them for a written explanation and they are just not responding First telling getting ones hopes up about reducing cost of energy to no communication Very disappointed in how this government run scheme in this company works

Very poor company if anything goes wrong You ll get passed around for years Actually have an email from them stating it s not their policy to rectifier damage Don t be fooled by the awards they are Shocking you won t find a worse company Look around there are better companies out there
